Exchange Policy

Exchange Window

You can exchange your product within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in original condition unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. 

Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Personalized or custom products cannot be exchanged unless there is a confirmed quality issue. 
How to Exchange

To start an exchange:

  • Message us on WhatsApp with your order number, the item you want to exchange, and your reason for exchange.
  • Send the item back to us via any reliable courier service.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange and ship the new product. 
Shipping for Exchange

Customers are responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse. (You may include your exact return address here.) 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a quality issue, contact our team right away. We’ll guide you on the return and exchange process for quality-related problems.
